Delivery Conditions

The products you have ordered and the products which are available at our inventory shall be sent within 24 hours.


You can track your orders through the “orders” section located by the column, which is below your membership information. If you are a member; you can see your orders from two sites all-in-one-place here.
The moment your order is given to cargo company; cargo tracking information shall be sent to your specified email address.


Your orders shall be delivered by “Aras Kargo” ( ) who has a network or branches all over Turkey.

How much is the cargo fee?
“ARAS Kargo” performs the delivery service throughout Turkey. Cargo is free of charge. The cargo service is not available to Cyprus, İstanbul Adalar sub-province.

When and how will my order be delivered? As soon as the sales campaign on the website is over for the particular product that you ordered; it will be protective-packed in consideration of the product properties. Your parcel will be submitted to cargo company within 7 days from the ending date of the campaign. Average duration before the cargo reaches you is 2 days.

How can i track my order?
You can track any progress with your order from “my orders” section located on the left hand side of the “my account” section.

* Your order is being prepared: This indicates that your order has found us well and it is being prepared.

* Your order has been submitted to the cargo company: This indicates that the packing process has been completed and your order is given to the cargo company. You can see where your cargo is, by clicking the tracking number.

* Your order has been cancelled: You have requested cancellation of an order, the product has been received by us and your request for cancellation of the order is approved. Within following days the refund will be made to your credit card.

What if i am not at the delivery address?
If the cargo company cannot find you at the address, deliveryman will leave a note: "delivery failed/undelivered". The next work day your order will be brought to your address once again. If you call the cargo company and communicate about when they would be coming, then you can make the correct arrangement. If your order cannot be delivered even after second visit then it will be returned to depot.
All orders, as required by the law, shall be submitted to cargo company along with the invoice and dispatch note.

What should i watch out for when taking the delivery of a product?
You should definitely check if the cargo packing has any signs of tear, smash, crack, wetness,etc. Also we recommend that you check that the products in the package are the products actually specified on the invoice.

Deliveryman shall help you if there is a problem on the package or in the contents of the package. In such cases you should not take the delivery of the cargo and you should ask the deliveryman to write a minute(written record) of the situation. Mentioned minute, will make it easier for you to change the product or receive refunds accordingly.

For deliveries within İstanbul
Aras Cargo will make deliveries to certain sub-districts of İstanbul on certain days of the week. For Ağva, Durusu and Şile subdistricts it is Monday and Thursday; for Ömerli it is everyday but Sunday.

Remarks on delivery
* we recommend that you check the package when the deliveryman is still near you. If you find that the product(s) is defective/missing; do not take the delivery of the products and ask the deliveryman to write a minute(written record) of the situation. Mentioned minute will prove that the problem is not caused by you but the cargo company. As a result of the minute, your new product will be sent to you immediately.

* After taking the delivery of cargo, declaration(s) of missing/defective products can be rejected upon review, as they are not prepared at the moment of the delivery.

* The product; has to be sent back along with its invoice, original packing, original case, documents which accompanied the product, and all accessories. If the product is unused and if it is still resalable; returns are accepted.

* Please do not stick cargo labels or carton sealing tape on original package of the product. Otherwise return shall be rejected and will not take place.

* The products which contact the body during use (underwear, earphone, jewelry, etc.), cosmetic products, electronic personal care products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

* When the packages of the copiable (VCD, DVD, etc.) and single-use products are opened they cannot be returned.

* The products which are damaged due to user error(dropping, hitting, etc.) cannot be returned.

* For return process, all copies(2 copies) of the invoice have to be sent along with the product.
